This section of the Cornwall Coast Path, covers from Tintagel with its castle, through Port Isaac and across the Camel Estuary to Padstow. Each bit is broken into two mile stretches, and tell you what you can expect in the way of scenery and difficulty

Tintagel to Port Isaac - 9 miles - a pretty strenuous stretch of the path

Port Isaac to Padstow 10 miles  - strenuous to Port Quin, then gets easier
